For small scale production
Batch foam machines are used to produce flexible PU foam blocks with one block at a time process. These are low priced machines meant for relatively low production capacity up-to 30 to 40 blocks per 8 hour. Density 10 to 32 are generally produced on these machines.
We have different models of Batch foaming machines depending on the degree of automation and ease of operation.
Model BFMB
A basic machine with manual weighing of chemicals. Comes with basic equipment and machine mounted control panel.
Model BFMS
Manual weighing of chemicals and automatic timed mixing and pouring. Has dispensing tanks for water and TDI. Comes with weighing scales, air compressor and independent control panel.
Model BFMA
This model has complete metering system for all chemicals including storage tanks. Quantity of chemicals is directly on the control panel.
Model BFMPT
This model has metering system for the two main chemicals namely polyol & TDI. Rest of the chemical are weighed and poured manually.
